Facing potential layoff as a Unity VR developer at an ed-tech startup in Bangalore

I'm currently facing the possibility of being laid off again. I work as a Unity VR developer at an ed-tech startup in Bangalore, and I have over 4 years of experience in the tech field. Before this role, I spent two years as a software engineer at a financial multinational corporation before deciding to switch my career to VR development. I've been with my current company for about a year and a half, but today my manager, who is really supportive, informed me that he has a meeting on Monday regarding cost-cutting measures, and my name might come up in that discussion. This news has left me feeling uncertain about my future. If the layoff happens, I would have about a month of notice to find something new. I'm starting my job search now, but the market seems tough, and I'm aware it could take a while to find a new position. Fortunately, I don't have many financial obligations at the moment and have managed to save some money. Additionally, I'm currently pursuing a Master's in Computer Science with a specialization in AI from Georgia Tech. I just wanted to share my situation and vent a little. If anyone else is going through something similar or has any advice, I would really appreciate the support. Thank you!
