Applied for new management roles after months of burnout and job searching

I’ve been feeling extreme burnout at my current job, where I’ve been overworked to the point of desperation to leave. For the past six months, I’ve been applying to jobs every single day. So far, I’ve had 5 interviews but received 4 declines. I’ve tried everything I can think of: sending out my resume as much as possible, tailoring my resume and cover letter for each position, reaching out to my network for leads, and even attempting to switch departments internally, but nothing has worked out. Today, I’m seriously considering just not logging into work anymore, but I really don’t want to burn the bridges I’ve worked hard to build. I’m currently in a six-figure management position, and it feels like a complete failure to let a company take advantage of me like this. I’ve been working 70-hour weeks for almost a year straight. Is anyone else experiencing something similar?
