Applied for multiple local city jobs in nonprofit and government sectors

I’m a 31-year-old woman living in central Florida with a strong educational background, holding an A.S. and B.S. in criminal justice, as well as a master's in public administration. For the past nine years, I've worked in education, primarily as a paraprofessional, substitute teacher, and teacher for middle grades, with some time in elementary education. Recently, I've transitioned into a remote role with an insurance company, focusing on case management in the child welfare department, earning around $60,000. I've applied for several local city jobs that match my qualifications, and while I've received positive feedback in interviews, I've lost out to candidates with more experience on two occasions within six months. My ultimate goal is to secure a position that offers a six-figure salary and good benefits, ideally in a remote setting. I'm particularly interested in nonprofit or government roles that qualify for student loan forgiveness, as compensation and benefits are crucial for me. I'm open to relocating anywhere in the state or country for the right opportunity. I'm seeking advice on potential directions to take, including agencies or organizations to apply to. I'm even considering changing fields or pursuing additional degrees or certifications to help me reach my career goals.
