Seeking Feedback on My Resume and Job Application Strategy as a Software Developer

I'm a 26-year-old Software Developer with 4 years of experience, and I've been job hunting for over a year now. It's been an incredibly draining process, and I'm struggling to understand what I'm doing wrong. I've been applying to jobs through various platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, WellFound, and even reaching out directly to companies and leveraging referrals. Despite my efforts, I keep facing rejections, and what really gets to me is the uncertainty of it all. Currently, I'm in a job that offers near zero growth and has a 90-day notice period, which feels like a trap. I've managed to clear the first coding rounds for top-tier companies, passing all test cases, but then I often get ghosted or receive generic rejections. On the rare occasions I do get callbacks, I find myself becoming overly desperate to make it work, which usually leads to more rejections. In my desperation, I even created an end-to-end automation tool that includes a web scraper, AI customization for each job, tailored resume generation, and a Google Sheet tracker to keep everything organized. Despite using hyper-customized resumes, I'm still not getting any traction. I've gained a lot of technical knowledge on my own to prepare for interviews, and I feel confident in that area. I'm reaching out for help with my resume and any advice on how to break past ATS systems or manage the challenges posed by my 90-day notice period. I'm attaching my resume for feedback.
