I have been on a job search since July and have applied for over 25 positions, but I'm feeling really discouraged because I've only received a few positive responses. I'm starting to question what I'm doing wrong. I've seen others mention that they apply to 10-15 jobs daily, and some have even applied to over 1000 jobs with minimal results. It feels overwhelming with so many ghost jobs, scams, and outdated postings out there. I realize I might need to focus on quality over quantity and tailor my applications more specifically. I'm considering aiming for five targeted applications a day instead of just a handful. Any advice on how to improve my chances would be greatly appreciated!
