Reflecting on my probation failure and seeking advice for future success

I recently failed my probation period at my job after six months, and I'm feeling pretty low about it. I know I'm good at what I do—maybe not the best or the fastest, but competent. The role gave me a lot more autonomy than I was used to, which also came with increased responsibility and less guidance. I think I wasn't fully prepared for that level of independence. The stress of meeting expectations became overwhelming, and I struggled with prioritizing tasks, which resulted in significant delays. I reached out for help multiple times, but unfortunately, I didn't receive the support I needed from my superiors. I recognize that I have my own shortcomings in this situation as well. Right now, I feel lost and anxious about repeating these mistakes in the future. I'm open to any advice on how to move forward.
