Considering Apple ICT3 Offer: Salary, Equity, and Competing Startup Opportunity

I received an offer from Apple for an ICT3 role with a base salary of $182k, a target bonus of $13,650 (7.5%), and $37k in annualized equity over four years, totaling $148k. Additionally, there's a one-time sign-on bonus of $25k. I'm currently 23 years old and making $169k at another company without any options or bonuses. I also have a competing offer from a fully remote startup for $200k. I'm considering whether to negotiate the Apple offer, especially since I'm leaving behind a $15k 401k match and private equity options. I feel that the equity component is low, and I mentioned that to the recruiter, who indicated there might be a $2k wiggle room on the base salary. I expressed my belief that $60k a year is more typical for this level, but she suggested that was more realistic after additional grants or a senior role. I can't shake the feeling that they lowballed me on this offer.
