I've had a frustrating experience with managers ghosting me after job interviews. It’s disheartening, especially after investing time and effort into preparing and interviewing. I know I'm not alone in this; it seems to happen to many people. I've seen others share similar stories, where they went through multiple rounds of interviews and then just got left hanging. It's definitely a common issue in the job search process, and while I understand that hiring can be hectic, I wish there was more professionalism in communication.
