I am currently seeking to transition from my role as a Retail Operations Leader into Business Operations. With over 15 years of leadership and operations experience in retail and multi-unit environments, I've managed teams of over 40 employees and have been responsible for various aspects of operations, including training, process improvement, and performance management. I hold a B.S. in Computer Information Systems, but I'm not looking to dive into a technical IT role. I'm particularly interested in roles like Business Operations Manager or Operations Program Manager, but I've faced challenges getting employers to see my experience as applicable outside of retail. I'm eager to leverage my existing skills in a new industry and am open to onsite, hybrid, or remote opportunities.
