Navigating two potential job opportunities while currently employed in logistics

I'm currently working as an Executive at a major logistics firm, but I've only been in this position for 3 months. My career background includes a tech/solutions company as my first employer, a logistics firm for a year, and then an infrastructure firm for 3 years before landing my current role. Recently, I've been approached by two potential opportunities. The first is with a major manufacturing and cement conglomerate that found me through a web portal. They want me to manage a project and I have an interview scheduled with their VP next week, although it was delayed. However, I'm concerned because they haven't provided the actual job description despite my requests, which feels like a red flag. The second opportunity is with my first employer, who I left about 4 years ago but maintained a good relationship with. They want me to return as a manager for a new project focused on centralizing coal operations and tracking using GPS, RFID, and CCTV. The project is set to start in 1-2 months. I know that leaving a job after just 3 months isn't ideal, but my previous 3-year experience could help justify a transition. I'm unsure how to proceed since I don't have a firm offer from either opportunity yet. Should I push the conglomerate for the job description, wait for my ex-employer's project timeline, or just focus on my current role?
