Navigating job offers as an electrical engineer: Seeking advice on career crossroads

Today, I found myself at a crossroads in my career as an electrical engineer with 2.5 years of experience at a large utility firm. I've been recognized as one of the top performers on my team, but the work has become monotonous and feels more like timeline coordination than engaging engineering tasks. My previous role involved RF work, where I simulated and troubleshot connectors for PCBs for top defense contractors, and I truly enjoyed that. Recently, I started sending out resumes, but I'm uncertain about my next steps. I'm also 25, engaged, and looking to settle down soon, which adds to my decision-making pressure. I have three job opportunities on the table: 1. **Opportunity #1**: A position at a high-security government facility in Kansas City focusing on RF work. The downside is that it comes with a $10k pay cut, and I wouldn't be able to use my phone on-site or work from home, which would limit my flexibility. 2. **Opportunity #2**: An RF design engineer II role in Tucson, Arizona, with a salary of $120k. While the work excites me, my fiancé and I are not keen on living in the desert, so this one feels off the table. 3. **Opportunity #3**: Staying in my current role, where I'm well-compensated and enjoy a good work-life balance, but I find the work uninteresting. I could continue applying elsewhere or possibly start a side business while remaining in this position, which is the path I'm currently leaning towards. I need to make a decision on Opportunity #1 by today, and I'm inclined to decline it. I would appreciate any advice from those who have faced similar dilemmas. My concern is that if I stay in my current utility engineering role, it might hinder my ability to transition into a different type of engineering role in the future.
