My responsibilities include building and maintaining production ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure technologies like ADF, ADLS Gen2, Databricks, and PySpark, following a Medallion architecture for data processing. My work mainly supports sales, forecasting, and supply chain analytics, and I've gained experience in dimensional modeling as well. Lately, I've been applying for new positions but have found that genuine job opportunities have significantly decreased. I typically receive about one interview invitation per month, but many of the calls I get are not legitimate—either the roles are misrepresented or they are from consultancies looking to gather profiles. To improve my chances, I'm now focusing on leveraging referrals.
