I’m feeling really frustrated with the current job market. It seems like everywhere I turn, I’m bombarded with spam emails and texts from bots and scammers claiming to offer jobs. It’s infuriating! I recently had a so-called recruiter reach out to me with a ridiculous offer of $200k for a data entry position, but only if I paid for their training package first. It’s hard to believe how many fake leads fill my inbox, while the genuine opportunities seem to be few and far between. I’ve also noticed that I’m getting a lot of auto rejections, which adds to the discouragement. I’ve started to reconsider how I share my contact information on job applications to avoid the spam. I even changed my voicemail to direct recruiters to email me instead, but it seems like no one actually follows through. Finding a real job has become incredibly challenging.
