Navigating a Job Dilemma: Dream Job Offer vs. Accepted Position

I recently found myself in a bit of a dilemma after accepting a job offer from a company that I consider just okay. I had two interviews, one for my dream job and the other for this meh job. Unfortunately, the dream job declined me, so I moved forward with the meh job, signing contracts and completing pre-hire requirements. On October 26, they provided me with vaccinations, a physical exam, and a drug test, all of which were covered by them. However, just two days later, I received an email from the dream job offering me a position. Now, I'm really torn. The dream job has better hours and pay, and it would allow me to pursue my nursing degree, while the current job demands 50 hours a week with no room for negotiation. I’m worried that if I decide to decline the meh job now, they might charge me for the vaccinations and other services they provided during the pre-hire process. I can't afford to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket, especially when I'm hoping to transition to a better opportunity. I’m seeking advice on whether companies can actually charge you for these services if you decline the offer after accepting it. I really want to take the dream job, but I don’t want to jeopardize my finances over a potential charge that may or may not happen.
