I recently received an offer for a new job that comes with a significant pay increase, one that my current company simply can't match. I’ve decided to accept it, but I’m at a crossroads about how to inform my current manager. Our relationship has become quite strained over the past few months. Initially, things were good, but after some personal challenges, I started to struggle with my workload. My manager has been increasingly frustrated with me, and despite my requests for guidance, he has been dismissive, insisting that I need to figure things out on my own.
