I've been on the job hunt for a while now, and I'm starting to feel burned out from all the rejection emails. I recently had an interview and was wondering if it's common for companies to send good news via email instead of a phone call. In my experience, I've always received a call if I got the job. I'm considering blocking the recruiter's email to avoid the disappointment of rejection emails, but I'm worried it might be risky. What if they need to ask follow-up questions or want to schedule another interview? I’ve heard mixed responses from others; some have received job offers through email, while others say they've never even gotten rejection replies. It’s frustrating, but I guess even a rejection is better than being ghosted.
