I'm considering blocking the recruiter's email to avoid the disappointment of rejection emails, but I'm worried it might be risky. What if they need to ask follow-up questions or want to schedule another interview? I’ve heard mixed responses from others; some have received job offers through email, while others say they've never even gotten rejection replies. It’s frustrating, but I guess even a rejection is better than being ghosted.
