Navigating the Frustrations of Unemployment Benefits in Pennsylvania

I recently faced a frustrating situation with my unemployment benefits in Pennsylvania. After getting approved and receiving payments, I was suddenly deemed "monetarily ineligible." This led me to have an appeal hearing with my attorney, which resulted in them fixing my overpayment and temporarily resuming my payments. However, the issues didn't stop there. They messed up my wages, and after appealing that, I found myself waiting forever for a redetermination. I tried to escalate the matter through my state representative's office, but it felt like nothing was moving forward, even though I was still receiving payments. Out of the blue, my wages were changed again, and I was declared ineligible once more. I reached out to my attorney, but he seems just as confused and has also tried contacting the unemployment office without any luck. I'm planning to call him on Monday and possibly reach out to the state representative's office again to get some clarity. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? I don't remember unemployment being this complicated in the past, aside from the usual delays when starting the process.
