Navigating job stress: Weighing options between staying or seeking new opportunities

I’ve been working at my current job since May, making $20 an hour for about 30 hours a week. It’s been a relatively easy gig, especially since I work with family and get paid weekly. However, things have changed recently; everyone on the other shift got fired, and we have new management now. The atmosphere has become much more stressful, and I’m honestly feeling overwhelmed. I’m at a crossroads because I know I have a good setup for my age, and I’m worried that if I leave, I won’t find another job that pays as well without the added stress. I’m considering whether I should stick it out for a while longer or start looking for something else. I don’t want to make a rash decision and regret it later, but I’m tired of feeling unhappy at work. I’ve seen advice suggesting that I should look for a new job while still employed, which makes sense. Many people have pointed out that it’s common for jobs to have their stressful moments, and I should consider sticking it out for at least a year to build my resume. I’m trying to weigh my options carefully.
