One of my most relevant experiences was an under-the-table job at a restaurant where I was paid in cash. I've heard horror stories about offers being rescinded over minor discrepancies, and I'm worried that this job won't show up during the verification process. I don't have any tax forms because I didn't earn enough to file taxes there. I'm considering providing my manager's phone number as proof of employment, but I'm not sure if that will be sufficient. Am I in trouble here?
