I was hired for a position at a hospital back in May and completed all the onboarding processes, including fingerprinting and background check, by May 21st. My initial start date was set for June 15th, but it got pushed back to July 6th, and now it's been delayed again to July 20th. I'm still waiting on HR clearance, and it's starting to worry me. I disclosed a pending charge on my application, so I'm wondering if that's causing the holdup. I would have expected to hear from them about my background check by now.
