I recently graduated from high school and have been on the hunt for a job. I've got about two years of experience working in restaurants, starting my first job just after I turned 16 thanks to a family friend. However, now that I'm 18, I've been applying to jobs non-stop for the past month and haven't heard back from anyone. I spend nearly 10 hours a day on various job boards, applying to any position I can find, but it's been really discouraging. I'm reaching out for any tips or advice on how to improve my chances of landing a job.
