I thought most companies had shifted back to hybrid models or required employees to return to the office. It's been a while since I came across a fully remote job listing, so I'm wondering what types of jobs or companies are still offering these options and where to find them, especially in the US. Some comments I've seen suggest that startups without physical offices and certain sectors like medtech are still heavily remote. I've also heard about remote roles in health insurance agencies, particularly with Medicaid programs, which allow for work from anywhere in the state. I personally was fully remote during COVID, but after returning to the office, we transitioned to a hybrid model, and then they started pulling back on WFH days, which was disappointing. Now, I'm back to two days of WFH a week, but I can't think of any tasks that require me to be in the office. It seems like remote jobs might become more common again. I've found some remote roles on LinkedIn and Indeed, but I'm still holding onto my current position from when remote jobs were more abundant.
