Today, I received an email from Cetera Investments informing us about a "small" number of role eliminations. I’m relieved to say that I made the cut, but I’m still in the dark about which departments were affected or what specific roles were eliminated. I’ve heard from colleagues that some leaders are aware of more details but are not permitted to share them yet. There’s a lot of uncertainty in the air, and I can’t shake the feeling that more cuts might be coming, especially in back office and IT.
