I completed that step, but my application status changed from "under consideration" to "decision pending". Since then, I haven't received any calls or emails regarding the next steps, which has me feeling a bit anxious. The email mentioned they would reach out within 72 hours, and since it was sent at 7 a.m. this morning Central time, I'm hoping to hear back soon. This opportunity means a lot to me, and I'm really hoping for a positive outcome.
