I’m reaching out for advice on job recommendations for my mum, who is in her 60s and has been unemployed for a while. Thankfully, my dad's income supports them, but the financial pressure is starting to weigh on him, and we could really use some extra income. My mum has a solid background in retail and recruitment, and she genuinely enjoys working with people and providing customer service. However, her health has declined, making it difficult for her to handle a full retail shift on her feet. Additionally, she’s finding it tough to get any interest from employers due to her age and health issues. She’s been feeling cooped up at home, which is affecting her mood and making her overly involved in family dramas. I want to help her find something that suits her abilities and allows her to contribute without overwhelming her. If anyone has suggestions for jobs that might fit her experience and current situation, I’d greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
