I recently went through a challenging job search experience. I had three interviews for a position in an industry I've been eager to break into for years. All interviews were conducted on Microsoft Teams, and I felt they went really well. The interviewers even expressed positive feedback, with one person saying, "well this was a great interview" during the wrap-up of the final call. However, just two days later, I received an email stating that while they were impressed with my qualifications, they decided to go with another candidate. It's disheartening, especially since this job offered double my current salary. I'm trying to stay positive and remind myself that each interview is a learning experience, but it's tough to process this setback.
