I'm currently seeking a career change as I'm feeling unfulfilled in my job. I have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor's in Psychology, along with several years of experience in ABA and educational settings. I've been a Registered Behavior Technician since 2021, but I'm ready to explore new opportunities outside of traditional clinical ABA. Due to some foot issues, I'm looking for remote work, but I'm open to in-person or hybrid roles if they offer good pay, benefits, and growth potential. I'm eager to hear about different career paths that align with my background and experience. If anyone has successfully transitioned out of ABA into a different field, I would love to know how you did it! I'm looking to make a move as soon as possible, so any advice or leads would be greatly appreciated.
