Navigating a Tough Decision as an Account Manager in a Struggling Company

I am currently working as an account manager at a small shipping company with only five employees. Unfortunately, the company is struggling, and I was brought on board with the hope that I could help improve the situation. However, as I near the end of my probationary period, I'm facing a tough decision about whether to leave, especially since I don't have another job lined up. I've been dealing with two very challenging colleagues who refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes and often throw others under the bus, including me. In just two months, I've been in situations where I've felt completely unsupported and unfairly blamed. It's become overwhelming, and I recently called in sick because I just can't handle it anymore. At 26 years old, this is already my third job this year where I've encountered significant issues, and I'm starting to reflect on my choices. I realize I might be too quick to accept positions without fully considering my motivations and the work environment. Right now, I'm feeling lost and desperate for advice on how to navigate this situation. Should I stick it out for the income or prioritize my mental health and consider leaving?
