Navigating Layoffs and Uncertainty: Seeking Advice on My Job Security and Future

Last Friday, my company went through another round of layoffs, and they let go of about 8 people, including some from the office. Somehow, I'm still here, which I find surprising since I feel like I'm at the bottom of the hierarchy, mostly grinding through repetitive projects. This turnover has been a constant since I joined; many employees, both in the office and on the labor side, just don’t stick around. Recently, we lost two drivers—one for failing a drug test and the other for not completing his deliveries. In less than three months, we've seen two C-suite executives come and go, and in that same timeframe, we've cycled through five HR personnel. They’ve also hired and fired two customer service reps, and during the latest purge, they let go of some dispatch staff who seemed to be doing fine, although one had lied about his qualifications. It’s disheartening to see a janitor who has been with us for nearly as long as I have get kicked out, along with our beloved head of customer service who had been here for five years but apparently clashed with the owner. I never received a follow-up on my annual review because HR has been in such disarray; it was already delayed due to the firing of the office manager who was supposed to oversee it. I feel a twisted sense of loyalty to this place, but I can't help but wonder if I could find a similar job elsewhere with comparable pay. I’m looking for advice or validation on what to do next.
