Reflecting on Termination: Should I Provide Feedback to HR?

I recently faced a termination from my role, and it left me wondering if I should provide feedback to HR. I didn't have an exit interview or any chance to voice my thoughts, which felt frustrating. I didn't make it to my 90 days, and honestly, I won't be using this job as a reference. Looking back, I realize I shut down quickly under my manager, who seemed to exert control over the team. I should have documented my experiences, especially since I wasn't the only one with complaints about her management style. In fact, her entire team quit shortly after she started, which is a huge red flag. During my interview process, I noticed they had a high turnover rate, but I was desperate for a job and ignored those signs. Now, I feel like HR should be aware of the issues with this manager, but I doubt they would take my feedback seriously. I’ve read that companies often don't want to hear from terminated employees, and that makes me hesitant to reach out.
