I recently completed the final round of interviews for a position, and it felt quite strange to have an AI moderator taking notes throughout the process. The recruiter didn't ask for my consent; there was just a small banner on the Zoom screen indicating that the session was being recorded. This made me feel more like I was being processed rather than genuinely evaluated. I’m curious if this is becoming a standard practice in interviews and whether candidates have any real say in it, or if we’re just expected to accept it. It left me feeling uneasy about the whole experience.
