I recently applied for a couple of jobs that I'm really excited about, but there's a bit of a hiccup. I'm a Senior in college and set to graduate in December, but the positions I want have start dates in mid-October. I've already submitted my applications and mentioned that I won't be available until after the semester ends. Now, I'm left wondering if companies ever consider extending start dates for candidates who are still in school. Should I keep my hopes up for these roles or is it time to move on?
