Navigating a Job Offer Decision After a 9-Month Career Gap in Frontend Development

I recently received a job offer from a startup after a 9-month career gap. I have 4 years of experience in frontend development, having worked for 10 months at my first company, followed by 2.9 years at my second company, and then 5 months at my last company before leaving in September 2025 due to personal issues. I started my job hunt in June 2026 and it took about 1.5 months to get my first interview, which has now led to this offer. The offer is for a CTC of 14 LPA plus ESOP, compared to my last CTC of 20 LPA. The role requires me to relocate to another state and involves working from the office six days a week. I'm feeling a bit confused about whether to accept this offer or hold out for a potentially better opportunity.
