Feeling frustrated and confused after rejection for a culture fit

I recently experienced a frustrating rejection after a 30-minute interview for a position I was excited about. The HR representative informed me that I wasn't a good culture fit, which left me baffled. I was polite and friendly throughout the interview, so I can't help but wonder if it was a personal bias against me. As a young woman, I sometimes feel there are higher expectations for how friendly I should be, and this rejection feels particularly unfair. I've never faced a rejection for this reason before, and it's really disheartening. I'm left feeling angry and confused about how one brief interaction could lead to such a conclusion.
