I recently got laid off for the summer from my job in Arizona, and I'm trying to navigate the new system for applying for unemployment benefits. I applied on June 23, 2025, but only realized today, June 26, that my application wasn't completed or certified. This has been frustrating, especially since my last experience was so lengthy; I applied on July 1, 2025, and didn't get approved until August 14, 2025, after a lot of effort to reach someone on the phone. I'm curious if anyone has had a better experience with the new system implemented last September. Is it actually faster and more efficient than before? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
