Seeking advice on coping with anxiety after multiple layoffs in my career

I've been laid off three times in the last three years, but I've managed to find new roles each time without taking a step back in my career. Currently, I'm in a position that is going well, but the experience has left me with significant anxiety about job security. I constantly worry about being laid off again, even when there are no signs that it's imminent. I'm reaching out to see if others who have faced multiple layoffs have experienced similar feelings. How did you cope with the anxiety and regain a sense of security at work? I know it's a common issue, as I've seen comments from others who have been laid off multiple times, and it seems like the anxiety can linger long after the layoffs are over. Any advice on how to manage these feelings would be appreciated.
