Applied for a Job at Cigna After Months of Job Hunting and Rejections

I have been job hunting for the past eight months after being laid off, and it's been incredibly frustrating. I've made it to the final rounds of interviews multiple times, only to face rejection each time, which has led to a lot of self-doubt and hopelessness. Recently, I reached out to a recruiter for feedback on my last interview, but I'm not very hopeful about receiving a response. I also have an application with Cigna, where my status is still 'under consideration,' and another interview that is still in progress, but I haven't heard back from the recruiter in over two weeks. With over 10 years of experience in healthcare medical economics, I feel anxious and hopeless at 46 about my chances of finding a new position. I'm sharing this to seek advice or support from others who might have gone through similar experiences.
