Feeling Humiliated While Training My Replacement at Former Company

Today, I attended a knowledge transfer session at my former company, where I was forced to train my off-shore counterpart. As a highly skilled employee with over a decade of experience, it felt incredibly humiliating to be in that position. The company is holding my severance package as leverage, making it clear that I have no choice but to comply. When asked to explain how I do my job, I found myself struggling to provide a detailed answer. I wanted to say, "I do it well, and that's all you need to know," but I knew I had to play along. It's frustrating to feel like I'm being replaced while still being expected to help the person taking my place. This whole experience has been disheartening.
