Normally, I feel confident in interviews, but this time it felt like no matter how I answered her questions, she was not convinced my experience was a good match. I provided examples to demonstrate my qualifications, but I couldn't shake the feeling that it wasn't about my skills—it was more personal. I'm left feeling pretty down about it, thinking I probably didn't get the job unless they are in a desperate situation. On the bright side, I have two more interviews lined up for next week, so I'm trying to stay positive.
