I was laid off today after a brief meeting that felt surreal. Just yesterday, I was focused on meeting deadlines, and now my role as a Java Backend Developer has been eliminated. It’s astonishing how months of hard work can come to an end in just a ten-minute conversation. The tech industry keeps pushing us to keep grinding, learning, and networking, yet here I am, facing a layoff despite my efforts. I'm not sharing this for sympathy; I'm actively looking for my next opportunity. I have experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL, Azure, and REST APIs, and I'm ready to join a new team immediately. If anyone is hiring or can refer me, I would greatly appreciate it.
