I've been on the job hunt for over a year now, applying to more than 1000 positions and trying out different strategies. Despite countless rewrites of my resume, I've only managed to land one interview. It's really taking a toll on me. I'm specifically looking for remote HR roles since I can't work in person due to some personal circumstances. I know this limits my options, but it's all I can manage right now.
