I recently completed my full-time education but unfortunately, I don't have any GCSEs or qualifications in the UK. I've been actively applying for both part-time and full-time positions over the past few days through Indeed and by visiting places in person. So far, the only response I've received is from a single restaurant that reviewed my application. I've noticed that many restaurants prefer candidates who already have experience as servers or some background in the hospitality industry, making it quite challenging for someone like me to break into this field. I'm looking for advice on how to make my application stand out to potential employers and any tips on how to find jobs in the hospitality sector despite lacking previous qualifications.
