I recently applied for a part-time job that I was really excited about. After submitting my application, I received a positive response from the company expressing interest in interviewing me. They asked me to reply with my availability, which I did promptly. However, after waiting for a while without any response, I followed up to reiterate my interest, but still got no reply. A few days later, I received the same initial email again, stating they liked my application and wanted to interview me. I replied with my availability once more, but again, I haven't heard anything back. This is particularly frustrating because I’ve volunteered at this place before, so I know it’s a bit disorganized. This would be my first job, and I’m feeling a bit lost in the application process since I don’t have any prior experience. I'm starting to wonder if I'm doing something wrong or if I should just move on and look for other opportunities. Any advice on how to handle this situation would be really appreciated.
