Applied for a new healthcare role as I seek better career advancement opportunities

I’m 26 years old and currently on the hunt for a new job. I have a background in healthcare as a licensed practical nurse (LPN), along with experience in sales management and healthcare banking, specifically dealing with HSAs, FSAs, and HRAs through customer phone calls. I’ve been in my current position for three years now, but I've faced continuous false promises of advancement. For the past six months, I’ve been applying to various jobs without receiving any responses, which is really discouraging. I’ve rewritten my resume six times, and I think it’s fairly strong, but I’m beginning to wonder if my lack of a degree is holding me back. I’m considering going back to school and I’m looking for advice on the quickest two-year degree that could lead to high-paying opportunities. I’ve heard a lot about radiology programs, but with the prerequisites, it seems like it would take four years total. Any suggestions on what I should do next would be greatly appreciated!
