The invite is titled "state of the team," and it's making me worry that layoffs might be on the horizon. I've noticed that as AI becomes more integrated into our processes, there have been discussions about restructuring and efficiency, which usually leads to job cuts. Some colleagues suggested that if a lot of people are invited, it could mean updates on layoffs, while a smaller invite list might indicate individual layoffs.
