I have been working part-time at a retail location for the past year. Back in June, I applied for a full-time admin position that was posted on our internal job board. I was excited to receive an email stating that I met the requirements and would be considered for the role. However, in July, I found out that they selected another candidate. Now, I see that the same position has been posted again on the job board. I'm contemplating whether I should apply again or if it would just be a waste of time.
