Feeling overwhelmed and burned out as a marketing coordinator at a national brand

I’m currently feeling overwhelmed in my role as a marketing coordinator at a national brand. When I joined, my focus was primarily on social media, but my responsibilities have expanded significantly. Now, I handle everything from social media strategy to content creation, planning, and influencer marketing—all on my own. The workload is intense, with up to four posts a day, and I’m responsible for all aspects of those posts. The situation is made worse by my toxic boss and a lack of support from my team. I often feel paralyzed by the sheer volume of tasks assigned to me by multiple leaders, which leads to micromanagement and a lack of autonomy. My coworkers are primarily focused on operational tasks, so they can’t provide the support I need. I’m experiencing burnout, and my mental health is suffering as a result. Despite my bosses noticing my decline in performance, they continue to add more work instead of addressing the root issues. The department is understaffed, and there’s no plan to hire additional help. I’m contemplating whether I should quit without another job lined up, but I’m worried I might be overreacting. It’s a tough decision to make.
