She mentioned I should expect the email by Monday since the call was on Friday. However, it’s now Wednesday, and I haven’t received anything yet. I’m starting to feel anxious about the situation and wondering if I should reach out to HR to check on the status of the offer. I’ve heard that hospital HR departments can be slow, so I’m unsure if this delay is normal or if I should be concerned about my job offer.
