Navigating a Job Offer Dilemma After Three Months of Unemployment

I recently got laid off and have been unemployed for about three months. I finally landed an interview with a small organization, but I'm feeling uncertain about the offer. During the interview, it became clear that the company is underfunded, and staff members wear many hats, which sounds overwhelming. The pay is also less than what I was making before. At 26, with a master's degree and living at home, I don't have urgent bills, but I want to gain experience in my field. I had promised myself to be more discerning with job offers and not just take something out of desperation. However, I'm worried this might be my only opportunity for a while. I'm torn between taking the job to get back into the workforce and potentially quitting later if it doesn't align with my goals, or declining the offer to avoid wasting anyone's time. What should I do?
