I recently received a really tough performance review just before my 30-day mark as an accounting/HR assistant at a hotel. I've been struggling with the accounting aspects of my role and have been trying to ask questions and take notes, but I often feel hesitant to approach my supervisor since she seems busy with other tasks. The review was quite negative, and now I'm facing another evaluation in just two weeks. I'm feeling pretty stressed and uncertain about my future here. My supervisor did mention that she sees potential in me and wants me to succeed, but I can't shake the feeling that I might be on my way out. Should I start looking for other job opportunities?
